Order cancellation

Before shipment

After shipment
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • You may refuse delivery and return the item following our Return Policy
  • Return shipping costs will apply

How to cancel

Custom orders

Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We’ll notify you when production starts.

Partial cancellations

If you wish to cancel only certain items from a multi-item order:

  • We'll adjust your order and refund the difference
